Federico Gentile is a lawyer and the director of Gentile Estudio. He has more than ten years of independent legal practice, leading his own firm and advising businesses and individuals. During his time at the Ministry of Finance of the Province of Córdoba, he also maintained his private practice.
His practice covers business and civil matters, the drafting and review of contracts, and disputes concerning property and financial rights. He represents clients in judicial and administrative proceedings and also handles inheritance and pension matters.
Professional experience
From 2015 to 2021, he worked at the Ministry of Finance of the Government of the Province of Córdoba. His work there included serving as a lawyer engaged on a contract basis within the legal team of the General Directorate of Purchasing and Procurement (Dirección General de Compras y Contrataciones).
His work included preparing legal opinions, reviewing tender documents and procurement procedures, analysing challenges, and providing legal advice to other departments. He was also responsible for conducting administrative proceedings concerning sanctions.
